Drainage problems range from a single slow-running sink to a more serious blockage affecting the whole property, and sometimes the cause is not obvious from the surface. We provide drainage services across Cheam and Sutton, including CCTV drain surveys and high-pressure jetting.
A CCTV survey lets us see inside a drain run to identify exactly what is causing a problem, whether that is a blockage, a collapsed section, root ingress, or a misaligned joint, rather than guessing based on symptoms alone. This is particularly useful for recurring blockages where the cause has not been identified.
For general blocked drain or blocked toilet issues, our dedicated pages on those topics go into more detail; this page covers drainage work more broadly, including surveys and jetting.
Drainage services we provide
- CCTV drain surveys to identify the cause of recurring issues
- High-pressure water jetting to clear blockages and build-up
- Drain unblocking for toilets, sinks and outside drains
- Root ingress and collapsed drain identification
- Drainage advice ahead of property purchase or renovation
When a CCTV survey is worth having
If a drain keeps blocking despite being cleared, or you are buying a property and want to understand the condition of its drainage, a CCTV survey provides clear evidence of what is happening inside the pipe rather than relying on guesswork.
What jetting involves
High-pressure water jetting clears blockages and built-up grease, scale or debris from the inside of a drain, restoring proper flow. It is more thorough than rodding for stubborn or repeated blockages.
How charging works
Drainage and jetting work, including CCTV surveys, is charged at our daytime drainage rate, with a one hour minimum and 30 minute increments after that. See /our-rates for current pricing.
