The rates below are the WDI Group (Surrey) Ltd rates that apply to all our work, including jobs booked through CheamPlumbing.co.uk. Prices are exclusive of VAT.
No call-out charge
You pay for the engineer's time on site.
No emergency premium fee
Out-of-hours work is charged at the published rate for that time band.
No ULEZ charge
We never add a ULEZ surcharge to local work.
Fixed prices for larger jobs
Boiler, bathroom and air conditioning installations are quoted as a fixed price.
Rates (excluding VAT)
Standard rates apply per hour with a one hour minimum charge, and thereafter we charge in 30 minute increments. We also offer fixed prices for larger jobs such as boiler, bathroom and air conditioning installation quotations.

- Power-flushing and MagnaCleanse prices cover up to 10 radiators; extra radiators are £40 each.
- CCTV drain surveys carry an additional £75.00 fee in the first hour only, including a full survey report.
- Parts and materials are charged in addition to labour.
- Larger works such as boiler replacement, bathrooms and air conditioning are quoted as fixed prices.
Rates and charging questions
How is time charged?
Standard rates apply per hour with a one hour minimum charge. After the first hour we charge in 30 minute increments, so you are not billed for a full hour when a job takes 90 minutes.
Are the rates inclusive of VAT?
No. All rates shown are exclusive of VAT. WDI Group (Surrey) Ltd is VAT registered under number 495 8550 36 and VAT is added to invoices at the prevailing rate.
Do you charge extra for emergency call-outs?
There is no emergency premium fee. Work carried out outside 7:30am to 5pm is charged at the published rate for that time band, and Sundays and bank holidays have their own rate.
Do parts cost extra?
Yes. Labour is charged at the rates shown and any parts supplied are charged in addition. The engineer will tell you what a part costs before fitting it wherever possible.
Can I get a fixed price instead?
For larger works such as boiler replacement, bathroom installation and air conditioning we quote a fixed price after assessing the job. Replacement boiler quotations are available instantly on the main WDI Group website.
Are these the same rates as the main WDI Group website?
