A few things are worth checking before you call, since they can sometimes solve the problem or at least help us understand what is going on.
Isolation valves
Check whether the fitting has its own isolation valve, often found under sinks or behind toilets, and whether it is fully open.
Visible damage
Look for green or white staining around joints, which usually indicates a slow leak that has been present for some time.
